Family house

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family. The house is situated in Lány near Prague. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a partly flat roof and partly classical roof. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and garage. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with Rockwool mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.
New apartment building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for execution of an apartment building. Designed building is located in Hrochův Týnec. The access to the building is from the south. The plot is flat and it disposes with parking places for nineteen cars. It is a building with three above-ground floors and partial basement that is designed with a total 8 dwelling units. The structural system of the designed building is wall system. All vertical structures are made of clay brick. The exception are external walls in the basement, that is designed of concrete blocks (permanent formwork). The horizontal structures are designed of prefabricated rib-and-filler floor that is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams, ceramic inserts and overconcrete. The conection structure of the building is the cast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is designed as a green flat roof in combination with the walkeble flat roof. The roof above the stairwell is designed as a non-walkeble flat roof. The thermal insulation of the whole object is made of the ETICS certified contact thermal insulation system. The apperance of the building is completed by facade colours that are selected in shades of white, light gray and dark gray.
Family house in a slope

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to design a family house in a slope.. The house is designed for 4 to 5 family members in the town of Polná near Jihlava. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. It is designed as three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The one car garage is next to the house and shares one common wall with it. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Na Podhoře. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic blocks and the underground floor is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal constructions are made of girders and ceramic blocks. The staircase is made of reinforced concrete. The roof is one-face flat roof. The facade makes contrast with white plaster and dark plaster in the perimeter.
Two-generation family house with retail space

This bechelor thesis describes the design of the two generation detached house, which inclued 2 flats and and adjunction administrative part. Building has two floors and it´s partly with a cellar. The part of first floor is solved for older generation and second flat inclueding part of first and all second floor is designed for younger people. Structure is solved as T cross-section with two shed roofs and one flat roof.
Guest house with wine cellar

The aim of this diploma thesis is creating a construction documentation for a guest house with a wine cellar. The guest house is a three-storey building. A lounge, which is also meant to serve for ceremonious social gatherings, staff facilities and two accessible rooms are located on the ground floor. First floor consists of several two-bed rooms, one common kitchen and a smaller lounge for guests. Accommodation units for larger groups of guests can be found on the top floor. Vertical supports are made of Porotherm system, ceilings are made of filigree-like reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a saddle roof with clay tiles and load-bearing nailed timber trusses. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain. The wine cellar building consists of an underground cellar and a ground floor with a lounge, sanitary facilities and a staircase hall. External walls of the upper part of the cellar are made of CSB framework, partitions are made of Porotherm system, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a green roof. External walls of other parts of the building are also made of CBS framework, ceiling is a vault-like one supported by prefabricated beams and covered with Miako ceiling panels. The structure is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain, its cellar is sunk under ground level and covered with soil.
Mixed-use building

The subject of this thesis is the development of a project documentation of a mixed-use building situated in Kroměříž. The building has four above-ground floors and a basement. In the basement there are cellars, a workshop, a warehouse, a technical room and an underground garage. On the first floor there are shops, café with the capacity of twenty people and a pharmacy. There are also two handicap accessible apartments. The second to fourth floors are made out of residential units of which there are eight. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat green roof or terrace. The external and internal vertical structures are made out of Heluz ceramic pieces. Horizontal structures are made out of reinforced concrete.
Family house with office

The subject of this bachelor thesis is completing the documentation of a building part to the new family house building with bureau premises in Velké Meziříčí. The family house is designed as a slab-on-ground facility with two floors above ground. The facility ground area is of a rectangular shape. The second floor above ground is roofed-over with a flat roof. Facility entrances are on the first floor above ground where there are bureau spaces and technical rooms of the family house. In the second floor above ground there is a quite zone of the householders with entrance to the passable terrace over the garage space. The carrier facility structure is created by a brick constructional system Porotherm with ceilings from ceramic inserts Miako. The facility floors are connected through a reinforced concrete staircase. The project documentation is draw-up according to currently valid laws, regulations and standards.
Family house in Čeladná

The Project adresses a family house in Čeladná. The building is brick made with two floors and basement under part of the house. Design is rougly rectangular with gable roof. Building is divided between one apartment and one beauty parlor. Object is placed into terrain with minimal elevation. Basement contains storage rooms and utility room. First floor is composed of common rooms for house inhabitans and rooms used for beauty parlor service. Second floor cointains personal rooms of house inhabitants.
Detached house on a slope

The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a slope in village Vřesina. The shape and height position of house is adapted to vertical alignment of ground. Object has got two floors and no basement. The main entrance to object is in the ground floor. The main residential rooms are situated to the south and to the southwest. Object is protected by soil from the north side. The vertical constructions are made from brick blocks. The ceiling constructions above first floor are made from vegetative roof with continuous connection on a slope. The roofing of the second floor is made from rafter. The facade of house is made as ventilated frontage from cement fibre board and wood board. The boards visually divide individual floors. The theme “Ventilated frontage” is elaborated in a separate attachment of the bachelor´s thesis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creating a construction documentation for a detached house with a garage and a hairdressing salon. On the lower ground floor there is a cellar, technical room and a few recreation rooms. The hairdressing salon and common areas for the inhabitants are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor should serve as a rest area for the inhabitants. The whole building is two-story with a cellar. Vertical supports are made of permanent framework concrete prefabricates and a POROTHERM system, ceillings are purely of POROTHERM system. Roofing of the building is designed as one layer flat roof. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain.
